ERROR: INVALID_ARGUMENT: getPluginCreator could not find plugin ReverseSequence version 1

Currently, ReverseSequence is not supported in TRT 7. Upgrade to latest version of TRT 8.0 or higher and have a try. Refer this link of Nvidia documentation for more details.
